Shnoogie is from an unknown distant planet in our Milky Way Galaxy. He is on Earth to observe our behavior as rulers of our planet. His mission is to promote Peace, Love, and Understanding among all beings. His planet maintains total peace after centuries of struggle and war between different groups of the same species. They learned to live with peace and tranquility. Now Shnoogie is learning about us as he teaches his ideas to this world and beyond.
